Exchange & Replacement Policy

At Belviorn, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged product, we offer a 3-day return policy.

exchange and replaced products will get delivered within 8-10 working days


Eligibility

This policy applies only to items that arrive damaged. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged product.


Reporting Damages

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team or email us immediately with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images of the damaged product

After we confirm the damage, we will begin the exchange or replacement process.


Exchange Procedure

  1. Return the damaged item:
    Send the item back via courier using the address provided by our customer support team. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and labels intact.

  2. Inspection & Confirmation:
    Once we receive the damaged item, we will inspect it and confirm the damage.


Replacement

After we receive and verify the damaged item, we will send you a replacement.
If the exact product is unavailable, we will offer:

  • A similar product of equal value, or

  • Store credit


Refunds

Belviorn does not process refunds under any circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning the damaged item for exchange or replacement.


Non-Eligibility

We do not accept exchanges or replacements for items that:

  • Have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Have damages resulting from improper use, negligence, or mishandling.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not applicable to prepaid orders.
